... is a dynamic collaboration between Screen East and some of the leading Arts providers in Bedfordshire. It aims to increase film culture and education across the County. The group consists of  Mid Beds District Council, Happen, Bedford Creative Arts, Education & Business Partnership Bedfordshire, The Hat Factory, E-learning Centre (Luton) and Filmstock Film Festival.

Projects include professional training in all areas of filmmaking, (including all things technical and design related) with the highlight being the creation of an exciting new film school. There will also be chances to view a wide range of cinema at special events and the chance to develop projects that reflect the diversity of life around the county.

There are already lots of ideas being firmed up for new film related projects in Mid Beds, so if you would like to find out more about them, or if you have any ideas about film that you want to talk about please call 01462 611244 or e.mail artslink@midbeds.gov.uk
